Products: Manufactured products including oil well pump parts.
Area of specialty: Oil well pump top lock sealing rings
Manufacturing space at this location includes three concrete block buildings built in 1967 with 24,000 square feet of
ground floor space and two parking lots with 14,400 square feet of parking space.
This paid-off manufacturing space is owned by Larry McCart, and has an estimated market value of
2.1 million dollars.
Larry's net worth is over two million dollars. While working as a machinist, Larry's net worth went from about $3,000 in 1981
to over $2,000,000 by 2018 mainly as a result of investing in real estate.
One real estate investment was purchased for $280,000 in 1997 with a $200,000
loan from the seller, and most of the rest borrowed on credit cards, and
in 2018 is worth about 2.1 million dollars, and all loans regarding this
investment are paid off.
Larry had read one of Donald Trump's books on investing in real estate
before his 1997 real estate investment, and believes that without advice from Mr. Trump that Larry would not be
a real estate millionaire today.
S and S Sales Company is involved in the production and sales of machined
products -- primarily for use by the U.S. and Canadian oil industries. Larry is a CNC computer
programmer, CNC set-up specialist, experienced CNC machine operator, tool room
machinist, excellent welder, and mechanical engineer. He also
is a web-site programmer and designer, and
a Landlord with six renters of paid-off industrial
Larry has about 25 years of experience as a programmer using the CNC programming language. A CNC is a
computer controlled manufacturing machine such as a lathe or milling machine, with a cost of $100,000 to
$500,000 per machine during the 1980's. One
little mistake in the program can result in a crash
causing thousands of dollars in damage, and Larry
had the best record in the county for avoiding
costly crashes during his years as a pioneer in the
development of computerized manufacturing in Kern
County. In 1984 Larry learned the computer programming language
called Basic while sitting at his desk at his
machine shop. He had bought some books on
computer programming, and had purchased an Apple IIE
computer. Within three months he began writing
software for loading and editing programs on CNC
equipment, and produced one of the best CNC loading
and editing programs ever written, that continues to
be in use today over 20 years later.
Larry's Canadian family background (on the McCart side) mixed with his American experience has
resulted in a person who greatly values the
American economic system. Larry greatly appreciates the principles
of the American economic system such as honesty, respect for good work, fair pay,
fair treatment, a love of being better, a love of being more efficient, a desire to provide the best value,
respect for the customer, businesses owned by the individual, businesses
controlled by the individual, fear of excessive taxation, universal
contempt for crazy politicians, and a desire to keep governmental
Larry also greatly values the Freedoms that are part of
Canadian culture. In Canada the individual is respected more than
in any other nation, and the concept of right is highly valued.
Canadians treat others right, and expect others to treat them right.
Canada is known as a Haven of Freedom for all who visit.
Larry attended the Castro Lane Elementary School in Bakersfield, California, through the
sixth grade, and graduated in 1958 at the age of 12 years old.
Larry believes most Americans would be better off with not more
than a sixth grade education in the typical public school
system, and then self-education emphasizing the Bible with the
help of Jews and Christians.
Larry attended an excellent private school in Los
Angeles, California, University of Southern California where he was a full-time 10-hours-per-day serious and talented
student (3.5 grade average or above some semesters). Larry said graduating from University of Southern California was
easy, and he said becoming educated requires much work in college and after
college. Larry said about two-thirds of his time in college was spent on self-selected studies not part of any class he
was taking, and that he believes he got about three times the education of a typical university graduate.
Larry said watch out for young college graduates who think they are educated and who think they are qualified to tell you what to
do. The real world is different than the socialist-communist environment at public high schools and
many colleges and universities in United States of America where students get brainwashed
and indoctrinated into believing that
Bible-obeying business owners are bad guys who should be regulated and controlled by
US federal government. As
former President Ronald Reagan correctly said, "The problem is
US federal government".
Larry's IQ is 135 based on IQ tests with a maximum possible
score of 140 (top 1% and in the 131-140 gifted range). Psychological testing
indicated that his Intellectual Type is Insightful Linguist -- a highly intelligent
person with the natural fluency of a writer and the visual and spatial strengths of an
artist. While in high school Larry scored in the top 3% in the nation in mathematical ability.
Machine Shop and Welding classes at Bakersfield High School provided training that made possible Larry's success
with his manufacturing company. Larry also did well in Auto Body Shop at East Bakersfield High
School and Computer Programming at Bakersfield College. Classes such as Logic (summer school, University of
Southern California professor), Organizational Behavior (University of Southern California professor Harry Grace), Social
Psychology (summer school, University of Leicester, England, professor Anthony Giddens), Abnormal
Psychology (University of Southern California professor), Social Anthropology (University of Southern California instructor), History of Psychology
(University of Southern California instructor), Social Stratification (University of Southern California professor), and Political
Sociology (summer school, Yale University professor) also helped Larry to be a success in the business world.
The Constitution of the United States of America says, "Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...." In
modern-day English this means the US Constitution prohibits Congress from passing a law requiring Americans to follow the doctrine of a State religion,
and prohibits Congress from passing a law that interferes with teaching Bible Truth. A law
passed by Congress that interferes with teaching Bible Truth in public schools is unconstitutional.
Communists know that Congress is not allowed to pass a law against teaching Bible Truth in public schools; communists get
around this Constitutional prohibition by having another branch of the US federal government (the US federal court system)
make the law. Under current US federal court decrees, communists are allowed to use
public schools for teaching communist lies, and Bible students are not allowed to use public schools for teaching Bible Truth.
Larry owns MLC Ministries, and operates MLC Ministries entirely with his own money, and refuses
to accept donations and gifts, and refuses to allow his ministry to be subsidized by federal, state, and
county governments through special tax rates available to religious organizations. Larry believes in putting the
Bible first, ahead of any State religion or government doctrine.
Larry was born in Bakersfield, California, on December 11, 1945. Larry
is 72 years old, and has been taking deprenyl
for over 25 years, and also takes TA-65
and other telomerase activators (also 400 mg of CoQ10
per day and resveratrol)
and feels and works like a person about 35 years old. He expects
to be healthy and productive for
hundreds of years, and is looking forward to the celebration of his
birthday when he is 1000 years old.
Larry graduated from Bakersfield High School in 1964, and graduated from University of Southern California in 1972 (BS degree
in business administration). Norman Topping, president of USC
until 1971, publicly supported kidnapping U.S. citizens into involuntary
servitude to communist gangsters in the U.S. federal government, and Larry refused to graduate from USC as long as
Norman Topping was USC president. Even today Larry avoids having
anything to do with persons who support kidnapping U.S. citizens into
any kind of involuntary servitude or slavery.
Larry believes that a U.S. citizen living in the U.S.A. should demand and fight for at least the
right to own and control his self. If a U.S. citizen will not do this for his self, it is unlikely he
would want to help a neighbor to own and control his self. U.S. citizens should not allow themselves to be
divided and conquered by the enemy. We need to be open and honest with each other, and we need to help each
other in order to be the free people that the founding fathers of America wanted us to be.
It probably is true that you never will be given freedom. Probably the only way for you to be free is for you,
as an individual, to become free through your own actions.
While talking to a Talmudist many years ago, the conversation got to the point where the Talmudist asked me why I wanted to
be a free person. I told him I could write a book on why I wanted to be a free person. I did not want to say to him
that one of the main reasons I wanted to be a free person was that I did not want to be under the control of an ignorant and
insane goofball like this Talmudist seemed to be -- who likely would manage things so terribly that I would not be able to enjoy life like God wanted me
to enjoy life. Under the control of an ignorant and insane goofball, a person probably would have a life of pain, suffering, and injustice.
Larry attended Bakersfield High School from 1960 to 1964, and Larry attended Bakersfield High School from 1977 to 1980.
In 1977 Larry had not had a regular job, and had not aged liked normal people, and looked like he was about 18 years old when he actually was 31 years
old. After he signed up for classes at Bakersfield High School and began his second career at Bakersfield High School, he discovered that he was accepted by other high school students
as just another high school boy, and was able to develop very enjoyable relationships with a number of his high school friends.
Larry probably was the most highly educated and most popular student in
the entire history of Bakersfield High School. Larry did not tell his
Bakersfield High School friends (classes of 1979, 1980, and 1981) that he was
an honors graduate of USC, that he was in his 30's, and that he had
graduated from Bakersfield High School in 1964. As an adult most
of Larry's friends are about the same age as those of the class of
1980. Larry rarely sees any person from the class of 1964, and when
he does, they seem stupid, ignorant, and inferior compared to his friends from
the class of 1980.
When Larry was a freshman and sophomore in 1960 and 1961, his high school friends seemed OK.
He remembers the 1960 presidential election when John F. Kennedy was walking around Larry's neighborhood looking for votes.
Larry's high school friends considered
Kennedy to be a communist punk, and did not pay much attention to this communist goofball. One of the comments of some of
his neighbors was that this Kennedy jerk was stupid and that he was not
qualified to be the U.S. president. After the Talmudist-Zionist occupational government
(the communist dictatorship) and the Talmudist-Zionist controlled mass media (television especially) got the bastard elected, the attitude of many of
his high school friends changed. Apparently they had been captured by mass media and turned into pro-communist zombies, based on their
worship-like behavior concerning Kennedy and the communist goofball
Lyndon Johnson. After Kennedy died of Addison's disease and after
the fake presidential assassination in Dallas in 1963, idiots of the
class of 1964 seemed to be true believers in lies of communist traitors
in government and mass media; some of the idiots of the class of 1964
were stupid enough to allow themselves to be kidnapped by
communists and sent to Vietnam to commit crimes against humanity.
Not every student in the class of 1964 had a He-Haw mentality.
Some of the students were sane and open to learning truth.
Larry grew up on Bradford Street in Bakersfield, California, a two-block long street in an area developed in the
1930's. He lived at 2115 Bradford Street, a house built in
1941. Each house on the street was built by the owner, and each
house was different. Most of the people who lived on Bradford
Street were upper class business owners. Larry's family owned the
biggest furniture store in town, and the family income in the early
1950's was about $500,000 per year in terms of today's dollars.
His family owned a twin engine airplane, and an excellent professional
pilot was paid to fly family members to many places in the US and
Mexico. Larry thought of his family as being among the richest of
the upper class families in Bakersfield, and at Castro Lane School
(kindergarten thru sixth grade) he thought of himself as being the
richest kid in the school.
Larry has five German Shepherd dogs. The car he drives is a 28-foot-long Fleetwood motor home
that weighs 12,400 pounds.
